Steelworkers Live with WebEasel
At the July 2004 Illinois Institute of Labor Relations on the University of Illinois campus, more than 25 Steelworkers built websites for their local unions. Website construction courses, taught by OJC Technologiesguided representatives from more than 10 locals to build complete websites in just 4 afternoons.
"It was really amazing," said instructor Anne Odom, "WebEasel is so easy that we only spent a few hours teaching them the software. The rest of the time was devoted to learning what makes good web content and actually getting that content on the web. I couldn't believe what we accomplished in 4 classes -- and we all had fun, too."
